It seems to be a case of our forwards trying to score more goals than our defence ships in ! Not an easy task nowadays, especially against any decent opposition.

In most seasons gone by would of not been as impatient but just think our other two options are way down from him to be honest

We certainly need him back. I mean, not if he isn't truly fit, but we really need him.

If Ibou can't play then Phillips needs to start.

Tired of just switching between Gomez and Matip to see who's F***ing worse.

This Crystal Palace side are cr*p and in any normal season we'd be fully expecting a regulation away win....But this obviously isn't a normal season.
Still fully convinced we get the 3 points.....won't be pretty, those days seem long gone.

I like that the last weeks, culminating in the 2-5 vs. Real, gave a cumshot to Jürgen, Pep & FSG that prevents any sugarcoating about what to do in the future. But there is a fine line between gettin handled and gettin destroyed. I do not wanna see Jürgen leave, but if those losses continue he might give up. So I hope we do win or at least draw @CP. I hope Jürgen aborts his still high line game that is the cause for all that sh*t. Play conservative, try to not concede a goal and hope for Salah or Nunez.

      I totally agree.

Nunez for me have been the best player of the last weeks. Robertson behind him.

      Come on Reds.

Almost impossible to predict the outcome against Palace tomorrow evening. It goes without saying must not concede an early goal, or else the defence will fall apart.
Agree Nunez has been our best player lately, showing plenty of pace and willingness to drop back, helping out in defence. Need everyone to pull together to obtain a result or slip further down the table.

Going to be a tough game this. Everton and 10 man Newcastle were hardly convincing and we haven't reacted to bad defeats at all this season. We just follow it up with something even worse. So difficult times ahead. But I've had enough of some of them so it's time to make changes ... including some permanent ones. My team ...

                                 Alisson

      Milner       Virgil               Matip             Robbo

                        Bajcetic     Henderson

      Salah                    Elliott                       Jota

                                   Nunez

      Kellerher
      Philips
      Trent
      Tsimikas
      Fabinho
      Carvalho
      Firmino

So you are making Virgil and Matip play out of position? And benching Trent?

I hate to tell you but Trent is the least of our problems. In fact if you want any kind of creativity going forward, it's likely going to come from him and not our midfield.

Hear me out..was watching Utd on Thursday night against Barca and couldn't help think how suited we would be in the same formation. Like someone mentioned above with a 2 in midfield Bajcetic and Hendo with either Bobby or Harvey behind Nunez with Cody on the left and obviously Salah on the right. If fit enough maybe Jota up top and Nunez on the left. Just a thought..
