We have struggled all season away from home and the Hammers have come into a bit of form sitting 6 pts above relegation zone.

Will we get the same front three who started on the weekend even though Gakpo had one of his less visible games.

Will we see the same stodge in midfield or do we get some guile with Thiago.

Yes Thiago does offer a bit of 'guile'. On the downside he isn't the best at covering, tracking etc. Also prone to the odd clumsy challenge. Could go Milner or Gomez at right back and go with Trent in mid. He would also offer decent cover. But might have to go Milly down the left.

Another difficult game to predict, need another win to keep a winning streak. Agree Nunez should start alongside Jota and Mo.

They played very well against Bournemouth and against Gent with Rice key in orchestrating their victories. We are obviously a better side and I back us to score but with an ancient midfield and the chances we gave away v Forest at home, who would bank on us not conceding?

We could easily win but it could just as easily descend into a shitshow...who knows? Maybe that's the new form of excitement for us. The certain thrill of f*ck knows what's gonna happen. Get pints four, five and six lined up, a cheeky doobie if that's your thing. If it gets really sh*t, Rocket Ronnie is on the telly tonight.

After the near miss with forest, I wont be expecting us to be back to our brilliant best v hammers. They've hit a bit of form so will be a tough game. I'm still backing us to win 1-3, but thats more withy heart than my head.

Another knock. I think Matip has lost what little pace he had in the first place. Been a great signing but he's on his last lap here. If Konte doesn't make it Matip will be a risk. Gomez for me even tho he has had the odd nightmare game.

That's a pretty good shout re: the starting line-up. Be interesting to see if Jones starts for another consecutive game, he has been improving steadily. Diaz might just be ready for a start now, will be great to have him back.

With the double game week it could go either way, but I'd rather see 5 subs used with 3 being early than change too much.

With both Diaz and Jota now fit and competing for game time Nunez needs to do more in terms of creating and scoring, if and when given the chance. Seems to be lacking a bit of confidence lately....needs to back himself.

For 85 million he should be more than knocking on the door racer.     To be fair though you may not see the best of him till midfield sorted out.

Me hoping every forward already gets the hang of the press and can operate interchangeably and seamlessly. Once everyone has an understanding of their own and their teammates’ roles (before they even receive the ball, they already know that the goal is coming, with who and where to make the next pass to), we could go back to playing devastating football.

We will have to come out red hot and match them from the off. No reason why we can't bust a gut. Out of everything so all hands to the pump. If Konate is out I would go Gomez over Matip. Matip has lost pace and is only just fit more often than not.

Will we risk playing Trent in the 'inverted' position. Floating back three, big risk, even bigger if Matip starts.

I think Jürgen will go same again especially will want to keep it tight in midfield so will look to Hendo, Fabinho and Jones for that. Possibility he starts Thiago though in place of Jones.

Front three will be Salah, Gakpo and Jota I'm sure.

Will be a tougher game than recent ones and one I'm a bit nervous about.
