our last 10 games have despite not being on top for given us 24 points or a 91/92 point season . They have found the winning mentality again that had gone missing winning without playing well is how championships are won so with a few players signed Jota and Diaz finally getting back into playing football everything is possible next season. As we are the only team to have run them close and beaten them in the last 5 years its others that are deluded because we know what it takes.

Of course you know what it takes, still need plenty of signings to catch those kunts though. i don't think you can do that in one transfer window.

Sorry if you thought it was harsh mate apologies  to you. Thing is I'm not sure who ever we ( United or Liverpool ) buy in summer window can still play to the same level as city.

No need to apologise Keith, I understand what you were saying and probably agree, but dreams are what keeps us going fella and the Citeh bubble will burst and it's  up to us or possibly you or the Arse to jump in. Just my take on it.

At least we're in Europe, which looked a distant prospect just 6 weeks ago. Or a couple of months back when people were saying they would settle for a point in the derby in our house, as Everton were apparantly "favourites" for it. That's how low things got.   :depressed:

In 1983, the 1-1 draw against Villa was Bob's last home game in charge, at the end of the first season of the all seater Anfield Road. The timing of the goals was the same, as was the penalty they got. We missed 2 penalties on the day, one of them a retake, before ending a 4 game losing run with a late equaliser. 40 years on, another Bob bowed out of the club with another late equaliser.

The next home game will see a new Anfield Road Stand, so more fans to see us play, and hopefully a better season to look forward to. :scarf:
