We have a lot of free shirt numbers after ox, naby, milner & bobby leave.

7, 8, 9, 10 If I remember correctly.

Be interesting to see who takes what ?

Yea Im not as fussed as I used to be. just an interesting topic, and it does matter when it comes to shirt sales.

It's just a number meant initially for identifying and carding players. The most important numbers are the points and the final score.

But these numbers became commercial that clubs could sell shirts.

It also matters when you match going supporters come up with songs. 

e.g. nando torres liverpools no.9 a classic.

I thought the same as above but Bellingham #8 (or Curtis) and Gakpo #10
