I wonder if there was a period with heavy Scots movement to Argentina as there was with North America.

Thank f*ck we got this one over the line! Great bit of business. Little doubt we weren't the only major club in for him so the fact he chose us reflects well. I also like he is a humble character with feet firmly on the ground here simply to improve and win trophies. Avoiding knobheads is important in this day and age! Do we have him on long free kicks Vs Everton?

For me, he is an important signing.

Very happy with this signing, cant wait to see him in a red shirt.

Bit of a bargain price as well, although I knew he wouldnt be the silly money the press were suggesting. Hopefully leaves plenty to spend on another CM and a CB.

Over the moon with this. If anything because he seems to be such a down-to-earth lad. I also love his style of play (mind you, Gini Wijnaldum is one of my favourite Reds ever) and I'm really hoping he'll be a success. Given his quality and versatility, I'm confident a manager like Klopp will be able to get a lot from him.
