That tackle was so much worse than Jones’ last week.

And that was worse than Jota’s.

Disgraceful decisions again with the refs. The first challenge by Kovacic was a deffo red, only a yellow, then throws in same challenge with less studs, still doesn't get the ball and catches man. Not a second yellow!! They're making this sh*t up as they go along and are taking the piss with the decisions the refs make. No consistency again.

Even worse given that it's Oliver who's got a smell banging over him after he and his VAR clowns from last week were recently officiating in UAE.

      Arsenal winning...

City look average at best. Won't stop them getting a equaliser before FT though...

Arsenal really made a statement of intent during the summer ... improving every part of their team and sorting out weaknesses. They look the business. This would be a deserved win and they look like the challengers to city again.

When is KDB back? We really need to be getting as many points while he's out, this City team isn't going to go hard until he's back... the two London teams will crumble, that's inevitable, so we need to really start piling up the points.

Arsenal won't be crumbling. They'll finish top 2 .... they're better than they were last season and have nullified city today. Deserved 3 points.

Oh they'll crumble, people were saying exactly that last season, last quarter of the season they'll let a few losses sneak in when they are under pressure, same with Tottenham, will happen to them sooner though.

Also, just looked at the date of our next fixture against Everton... another International break ffs???

I'm not saying they'll beat city. But they'll be consistent all season pretty much and finish top 2. They've got good depth. Their weaknesses did get exposed last season ... but they didn't sit on their hands and repeat the same mistakes. They've improved and I'd expect them to be up there till the end.

Spurs ... a couple of knocks and they will be struggling. Their stay in the top 2 will be short.

Very poor quality game between Arsenal and City there. Dodgy deflection only way either side were winning that.

They weren’t that great - plenty of weak spots there and for a lot of the time looked toothless without Saka , if they lose Saliba for any games they will be weak in the middle

It was a poor game and an Arsenal win is a better result for everyone

That's fine mate. We've all got our own opinion.

City and haaland didn't get a kick. Arsenal controlled the game well and in a manner we couldn't do.

Rice in the 6 is a quality player.

They controlled city and out manoeuvred them tactically. As I said further up I'm not sure if they can beat city to the title but they're by far the best equipped to do so. There is a steel about them and they'll always get goals.

They had a great summer transfer window didn’t they, I even said it was the best out of all PL clubs. They still have Timber to come back from injury also. I don’t think Rice is worth what they paid for him but that’s the market these days. He’s fitted in really well hasn’t he.

Sometimes I get fed up of fans saying ( in general ) he will take time to settle blah blah blah. Half the time it’s bullsh!t, if you’ve got it you’ve got it. He did well in what was an average side at the time and now that’s he’s in the so called top 6 proving he’s got what it takes. Good luck to the lad, comes across as a nice guy.

I still think city will win the league though. 🤢

all the successful teams who win multiple titles know the season start after Christmas that is when you start to see the finish line and put in the big performances. City still favourites .

Very true Walt but you’ll still get fans saying it’s all over ( like they did last year )  when Arsenal went  around 10 points clear?? at one stage.

Possibly because Rodri wasn't playing, Rice and Arsenal wouldn't have controlled F**k all if he was playing.

Still the best number 6 in the league.

We haven't played either of them yet.

A 3 point gap is nothing at this stage of the season. We have 4 bankers coming up after the break. Collect all the points going, and we'll surely be higher than we are atm, before the trip to City.
