Thought so as well this summer till I saw Quansah play. I think we will be ok if he has to play some significant minutes. But I don’t think you are crazy for suggesting we get one. I just don’t know that we will be lucky with Matip and Konate both (or maybe either) being healthy the entire season.

I'm the biggest Robbo Homer ever, but a LCB makes sense for the team if we wanna stay with TAA moving infield. Honestly, I'd rather see us go back to sending both forward, but that would require getting a rock star DCM first. Hoping Andre is that dude.....

True but Gomez is mostly playing RB, Konate has had a few issues with injuries and VVD and Matip are 32. Quansah looks good but is still young.

If we sign Andre and if he's good enough to fill the number 6 position the midfield rebuild will probably be finished. We could be ok for a good few years in midfield.

A new CB, someone who can play right forward (Mo will be irreplaceable) and maybe a left back are areas we probably need to plan for.

We will probably still buy a new CB in the summer to replace Matip at point in the squad.

I agree with you, I don't think we need to buy a CB urgently but we will need to at least 1 new CB probably next summer but maybe summer 25 if Matip and VVD can maintain a good level of form and fitness.

Strengthening from a position of strength mate. I think partey will go. This lad they feel is an upgrade on him. 2 quality players for each position is the idea.

If we're interested then hopefully we go in hard and get him. Bajcetic is still growing and once fit needs to be looked after. Endo just seems to be for the Europa league and league Cup.

Thing with this lad is I've never seen him play. So I've no opinion on him really. See what happens come January. You'd think that if he wants arsenal the club will have already moved on and either have something else lined up for January or possibly the summer.

I've a friend in Brazil who is a big Palmeiras fan I mentioned this lad and he said the word over there is he's playing the season out (final) and then  joining arsenal. I didn't ask any further details. Wait and see eh.
