Not a player I expected us to be linked to, but we've done magic with similar transfers before - I also didn't expect Gini Wijnaldum, then coming as an attacking midfielder from a relegated team, to become such a brilliant player for us. Dewsbury-Hall is a good presser and progresses well with the ball. He operates mostly on the left side of midfield, akin to how Szoboszlai played at Leipzig last year, but on the other side.

Good read on him - https://thepfsa.co.uk/dewsbury-hall-emerges-as-a-key-driving-force-for-leicester/

Wasn't expecting this one but tidy footballer from the little I've seen if him.

I really like him although he strikes me as an attacking player and not the defensively minded help we could do with.

      Shaq
      Elliot.
Seems to have worked well for Klopp at this point. Shankly use to do alright with this strategy too  ;)

Gini and Robbo fair enough but Shaq was hardly a success and the jury is still out on Elliot.

We paid 13 mil for him. He was a decent dquad player for a team that won everything. He was part of some big games and certainly contributed. We sold him for 6 mil. I'd say we got our moneys worth from the power cube

I was always fascinated with him before he got here, so I monitored that move and was over the moon when we landed him...... I knew he wasn't going to be anything more than what he was, but you need guys like that. I think Dewsbury-Hall could be a relevant squad player.

Yup. Very good squad player for us. Definitely got our money's worth out of him.

Exactly. Clearly some have forgotten the significant contribution he made that night against Barca. Ran rings around Man Utd and sent Jose packing as well around Christmas 2018. Loved him and the ideal squad player for that world class team.

It's been a while but, Leicester has this knack for turning relatively unknown players into gems, like they did with Wijnaldum at Liverpool. It's like they have a secret formula or something! Checked out the article, and yeah, Dewsbury-Hall seems like a solid addition, especially if he's anything like Szoboszlai. That comparison alone got me intrigued.

Very good midfielder. I was watching Leeds v Leicester the weekend before last and everything good by Leicester went through him. His turnover of a ball is sublime...
He'd be a very solid addition at the right money...

He's a good player, by far the best player in the championship and he did show some nice things with them in the Prem too but I'm not sure he's good enough for a top 6 club.

Plus I'm not too sure he's a player we really need, I'd imagine Leicester would want north of 30m for him and even that seems like too much to spend on a squad player.
