Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai make their Premier League debuts for Liverpool in today’s season opener against Chelsea.

Glad Maccas the six, the best option we’ve got if Bajcetic isn’t up to speed. Be interesting how we match up against a 3-5-2, as they are going to try to overload the sides on the counter.

The hole Trent leaves will be attacked without doubt. Konate needs his A game here, and I expect him to bring it.
Good attacking starting 11. I guess with Gakpo looking like he’s in for A mid, that’s why Nunez doesn’t start.
Front three is probably the strongest, with the possability of Nunez coming on later to cause mayhem 😂

I'll be very surprised if this isn't the box midfield. In possession Trent will step in and be a 6 with Macca. Szobo and Gakpo as the 8s and then the front 3. We've seen that in the last couple of pre season games.

Very attacking either way. I wonder if Klopp thinks we're exposed anyway with the lack of a naturally defensive 6, and is going aggressive to try and outscore them.

Called the line up he might go far pre match think he just thinks outscore them whilst we are defensively weaker than where he would ideally want us
