Some of you guys went from, "This guy sucks, he doesn't have it in the Prem" to "OMG HE CAN'T LEAVE WE HAVE TO REPLACE HIM"  :f_wah:

And to be fair, both of those can be valid positions to take depending on his play.

In fairness I think the more sensible people were happy to see him arrive and give him the time to settle

Eh..it's just football. Who really cares? Si got F***ing run over by his own car. That's real sh*t. This is just football and we are just talking about football on a forum. If people have knee jerk (or otherwise) opinions about players, valid or not, it doesn't really mean that much in the grand scheme of things. People posting like they are the forum police on who you can criticize, who you can't, what transfers you can talk about and which ones you can't.....ffs...it's just a football forum. The players, the manager, the owners..none of them read this and even if they did...they don't care. It will all be all right in the end. :)

Cheers and Happy New Year Pastor.

I was wrong about the guy as he's been a very decent signing so far. Been very consistent and dependable. It is quite something to think he and Curtis might well be our most consistent midfield performers up to now and we are top of the league. I doubt we could have chosen better for the price under the circumstances at the time.

Some big selection headaches for Jürgen. But welcome headaches. Hopefully it's all coming together and we can steer clear of injuries.

Yup, the only nice type of headache.

Assuming Endo is on a similar form to the one he was on when he left for his NT, I'm curious to know what are people choices for that No. 6 role between him and Macca.

I thought endo was playing great before he left. He'd finally established himself after a stop/start few months. With the emergence of Jones, the potential for trent in midfield plus Dom, Harvey etc it feels like he's gone back abit while he's been away.

But again, it's a nice problem to have and as Jürgen Says, we will need all of them.

Indeed. The Europa league will be kicking back into action, we've got FA cup games coming up, the League Cup final and, of course, about half a season worth left in league games to play. If everyone stays healthy, they'll be plenty of minutes to share around and we'll need everyone to be in the best form they can possibly be.

Losing by a last minute pen is terrible. But don’t worry, we’re still in the hunt for the quadruple. Concentrate on playing well here and the trophies will come.

Fantastic he is back, think he should be in the team pretty much always

Then have Mac, szob and jones compete for two places ahead of him as serious starters for now

Looking forward to seeing Endo back for Burnley, we've missed him....even if it's coming from the bench. Was playing some good stuff in the games he started.....Utd, Burnley, West Ham, Newcastle.

Has to start for me if Dom is still nursing that hammy.
