I think he's probably the player that the fan base agrees on the most at the moment. Sure there was a lot of jokes and negativity by some when signed and those first two months of the season when the lad was still adapting, but I don't recall anybody saying anything negative about him in about 3 or 4 months now.

The forum should partner with an optometry clinic and offer some of the people on here free eye checkups.

What a great professional holding fort in that midfield. He put in a phenomenal shift for the team and when I forgot about the actual number of kids we'd brought on I realised Endo was still there too thank god, Yoda himself would be proud  :) I'm not surprised he has stiff legs after today but hopefully nothing that a bit of rest won't fix.

He's such a warrior that I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he's back starting on Wednesday night despite leaving on crutches.

Might be a bit short on raw talent but he makes up for it in so many ways for us.

Great signing and one I'll hold my hands up and say I got wrong.

He might just be the best player I've ever seen.

      Of course I'm kidding.

But the likes of him and Lucho epitomize everything that's right with this club, unreal performance. We couldn't have done it without him, we wouldn't be where we are this season without him.

What a block on Jackson after Kellhers top save with Palmer.

Read this page last week after saying the lad had won me over. A lot people saying he's done a good job and been a good stop gap or he would go back to the bench and be a rotation player.

I don't think so. I think this lad is integral in everything we are doing.

Seeing him leave on crutches is a proper blow.

      Double hard b***ard ;D.

Please do not play him on Wednesday JĆ¼rgen. He'll end up dragging himself round the pitch like a terminator.

I hope he's on the bench on Wednesday. I think all the outfield players who did the full 120mins should be on the bench and the players who subbed of- MacAllister, Bradley, Konate and Gakpo could start with the young lads.

He was everywhere today, along with Mac.

What impressed me most is whenever we needed an outlet for a pass he just popped up and was there.

Does the simple things exceptionally well!

Heā€™s bang average, canā€™t believe the fandom he gets.

Sure heā€™s better than Fabinho but doesnā€™t say a lot seeing as though Fabā€™s legs fell off last season.

He gets beat very easily, has virtually zero recovery speed, so no wonder we are on the back foot so often when teams attack. He is good in the air though no doubt and has actually been better on the ball than without it.
Maybe itā€™s the fact he goes steaming into mistimed tackles that posters think makes him a world beater.

      A decent squad player.

Every time Endo plays he embarrasses takes like this

I was a little bit concerned as I was intrigued to see how Endo would really perform against a world class side. I've had it in my mind that Endo is our man for mid table fodder...but not today. He was superb. My MOTM. I thought he was faultless. What an absolute steal and a gem this player has turned out to be.

and STILL hasn't let us down...all great teams have these under the radar work horses...he just keeps the cogs turning over and over.
