Once again it looks like Tony Bloom and his backroom staff unearthed another gem. Astonishing the success they’re having bring hidden talent to the club. 18 years young what’s he going to be sold for?

Not so much the scouts it’s the work Tony  Bloom puts in with finding the recruitment. He employs the best  entrepreneurs with the best software that filters world wide. Apparently the algorithm they use are top secret and even kept away from many of the staff which would make sense keeping it from their own scouts in case they move on.

It’s only when players have been found that have passed all the data clicks they then send the scouts to look further. Turns out they have what you call a traffic light system which means green a great fit and amber is for a player close to fitting the criteria needed. Red is for monitoring

You simply have to take your hat off to the geniuses he employs. They’re paid extortionate wages and you can understand why. Best run club in the PL for me so good luck to them, apart from when they play the mancs of course. 😂
