Joe must be pissed off, he has been superb. A clean sheet today would be marvellous against our bogey side

He will put in the graft, Gravenberch in reserve if we need more attacking emphasis.

Not a fan of gomez .... but I'm with you 100%.

Endo is wasting his time here. Even without Jones he till can't get a start in the 6 that he was bought for, releasing Mac into his best position. Very disappointing. Did well on Thursday as well. Hopefully Bajcetic can get fit and upto speed soon and into the 6.

Looking abit thin on the bench without Cody and Diogo. Very tough game this but nothing less than 3 will do with yesterday's results.

Would also help to get the taste of last weekend out of the mouth a little and get us ready for the Derby.

Not really, it’s a squad game now, he’ll understand that he won’t play every game, in fact the rest will keep him not only fresh but very keen too, ideally we want two for every position, we’re getting close to this now and that makes us very very strong and dangerous .

It doesn’t matter that brighton have sold 3 very good players and have players we haven’t heard off, they will give us a proper game. 3 points would be huge after last weeks F**k up

Play with pace and we're good for 3 points....Play like Thursday and we'll get nothing. Narrow win for us.

Happy enough with the X1 selected, don’t see too much disruption, Trent back in is a bonus, and young Harvey starting gives a exciting vibrancy to our attack, Szlobos will be boss again and hope Macca comes to the party and shows why we brought him in, Matip deserves to keep his position although I would have played Konate in his stead,
I don’t think it matters too much who we have in midfield , we all sing from the same song sheet so keeping disruption to a minimum, there is aura about us this season a good aura,

before last weeks criminal activity from VAR we would have won that game and went top, the conspiracy theorist’s amongst us will point to the Abu Dhabi sponsored PGMOL as to why City got fu**ed over again and we were top of the league bound, maybe the Sand Dancers didn’t like being knocked off their perch so took extraordinary measures and back handed action, it’ll come out in the wash sooner or later,

Back to today, I kinda like how Brighton play, not too dissimilar to ourselves, they are dangerous but the so the F**k are we, midfield battle today, last season we got overrun, this season it’s a totally different kettle of jobbies !!!

Good attacking line up.Thought Endo might come in for extra protection but Elliott hasn't done as badly as some suggest. He'll do ok today. Gone for a tight 0-1.

Might get a pen off Taylor....probably a cheap feckin' biro if were lucky..

Bit of a surprise in midfield.

Konate can't back up. One game a week max. I was surprised he played him Thursday. I'd have saved him for today. But you ain't getting 2/3 games a week out of ibou currently. Picks up alot of niggles . Better to just rotate I think and look after him.

Maybe Jürgen sees Joel as part of his 1st choice CB pairing.
