Premier League TV rights have been concluded for the domestic audience (by far the biggest TV deal the PL does).
The new four year deal of £6.7bn represents a 4% increase on the current £4.8bn 3 year deal.
2019-22 £1,632,000,000 per season
2022-25 £1,632,000,000 per season (contract rolled over for a further three years)
2025-29 £1,675,000,000 per season
Sky Sports have 5 packages and TNT Sports have one. Amazon did not get any games this time around.
They will be showing up to 270 games live (out of the total of 380 games in the season). This is up from 200 per season. All Sunday 2pm games will be shown.
The broadcasters are in effect paying £6.2M per live game, down from £8.2M.
