I didn't think we were that bad until Macallister went off. Jones, Elliott and Nunez quickly came on and things quickly went awry.

Konate and to a lesser extent Gomez were prime suspects in what felt like an inevitable F**k up. Both, especially Konate, must improve.

Joe Gomez..left back..square peg/round hole thingy. Endo did well. VVD standout. Nunez was handful and Szobo came good late on.

Might not have been always pretty this season but 34 points from our opening 15 is the third joint highest we've had at this stage under Klopp.

We managed to get over 90 points in the previous seasons of getting 34 points or more after 15.

Hopefully we're aiming for an 80+ points season, and in the depth of summer with the huge changes I wasn't very hopeful at all.
