I think it's a cultural thing. I feel ypu would say the same about VVD if he wasn't great. Cody is really quiet and nonchalant too.... Just seems to be a trait I've seen a lot on this generation of Dutch players. It's quite commendable really.

I think his issue is he doesn't fit to what we do here.... Not good enough atm

He shouldn’t be anywhere near a game this big. Not from the start anyway. To be fair though, not a single player comes out of that with any credit. Every single one a mile off.

      Weird game with weird goals.

We just weren't totally at it today.

Midfield was poor especially first half, nothing happening up front and the defense unusually sloppy and edgy.

Hindsight Elliott showed he was worth starting ahead of Gravenberch and Nunez instead of Diaz or Gakpo.

Still think we're really lopsided without Salah so none of the options are ideal but Nunez gives you that chaos factor that maybe could have unsettled them first half.

Same Roy Keane that has an exceptional
      Managerial record?.

A pub team that's top of the league.

Sadly like 2019 and 2022 ... less defeats than city but draws just costing us and its costing us again.

Expecting to be 2nd come 3pm next Saturday but let's see if Brentford or god forbid the bitters and do something.

I think Roy Keane has said it right, we were a pub team today.

The same Roy Keane that pissed off from the World Cup in a strop cause someone took his F***ing lolly.

Pub manager calling us a pub team.

Keane is a bitter, hateful c**t who never misses the chance to slag us off. Tragic to be repeating it on here.

Thought we were unlucky on both the goals. Ali's kick clipped Virg's hip for the first, and then the ball took a wee deflection off Virg to go thru Ali's legs for the second.

Can't really complain though as the performance just wasn't really there. We were very lucky to be level at HT. Second half was better but still not great.

Title is still very much on. Not sure how much it was down to some players being out and how much down to just a bad day. Mostly the latter I guess. We seemed to be trying to slow the game down in the first half, presumably to quieten the crowd, but it just took all the rythm out of our play and we never really got it back.

Bad day but still well in the mix for the title.

If performance was food thanks for the scone. Shocking performance from all and Jürgen too

Yeah.. but Bradley would have made thing difficult for Martinelli.

Only listened to the game, seems a let down on the whole.

Still plenty of games left, onwards and upwards.

We were let down by VvD, Alisson and also TAA who was not ready to start.
Gakpo and Diaz, I'm very unhappy with both of them. Not dangerous enough. Diaz got his goal thanks to his willingness but when he has the ball, he is not dangerous enough. We really missed Nunez in the starting X1.

Gravenberch is not ready to play regularly. Jones and Mac Allister are the only one who can keep their head high. They did their best in these circumstances and did not give up.

We were always going to lose a game at some point. At least it gives arteta a false sense of greatness.

      We looked poor today

Gravenberch should be nowhere near the first team

Who should've started though ahead of him today? Elliot? Thiago?  Don't even think moving TAA into the middle would've worked, he doesn't look sharp right now.

Grav isn't consistent and flits in and out of games, but he's physical and can run with the ball. Not sure what Jurgens reasons where. Agree when full strength he's not a starter. Today though, tossup for me.

Thought we were bad everywhere, not sure who started, when the subs came on etc. would've made much of a difference, were 2nd best by quite a long way.

      The selection wasn't great, today.

We had no runners in the line-up.

I think everyone's just venting frustrations at a very poor performance apart from the muppets conceding the title already, they need to definitely have a word with themselves.

Every ball was sideways nothing to run onto, or like Diaz wanted to take everyone on

What do you expect people to say? We were appalling so people are going to be pissed off. Big picture is still ok, we’re top ffs. But can’t deny biggest game of the season and everyone was dreadful. Worst game Van dijk has had in years

Our play against the top 6 is what has killed us this season

      Lost and drew to Arse
      Drew to City
      Lost to Tottenham
      Beat Villa
      Drew to Man Utd.

That's 6 points out of 18. We can talk all the sh*t about Utd that we want, but you have to beat them at home. Villa are a different side than the one we played earlier in the season, and we will play them away in May.

We gout pumped for beating the F**k out of Chelsea, but they followed that up with getting slaughtered at home by Wolves. They suck. We HAVE to beat Utd and Villa away and City and Tottenham at home if we want the title. Beating Brentford and Burnley isn't going to get you anything other than 2nd or 3rd this year.

Leagues still in our hands, but we have to start beating the good teams
