Too bad, our current operating model would make us sign mostly potential, with sprinkle of world class players occassionally.

Which is standard for how 99% of the clubs work

Gonna choose to be positive. I think we can turn around our Europa fortunes and we need to take one game at a time in the league. Can’t imagine Arsenal and City won’t drop some points. Anything can happen. It looks bleak I know but form can change for the good just as quickly as it changed for the bad.

Well certainly wasn't expecting us to drop points at Anfield but I suppose at some point our excellent domestic fortress had to be breached. And today was the day.

And it looks like our entire team have lost the ability to put the ball in the net at the wrong F***ing time of the season. Chances keep coming but chances keep going. Some last ditch tackles, some rather fortunate saves and some down right sh*t finishing has cost us - again.

Ultimately though, not many people fancied us to even be in the title race this season so why they're now getting their knickers in a twist because we aren't leading the race is beyond me.

And there's more important things for any Liverpool fan to be concerned with at this time of year.

Me too, absolutely gutted about today, but Thursday is a different day, different competition, I just have a feeling we can do it!

In reality it will be more about getting the injured players back to full fitness. Try and win every game, see where it takes us.

TBH if we turn over Atalanta  that would do wonders for our confidence
And this Arsenal result may well give us another rocket .

If only we had taken our miriad of chances, we have no one to blame but ourselves, but we need to be there IF City drop points! We have a small lifeline, let’s just give it our all!

I think he has shown enough this season for any manager to be going with him again next season

He is an easy target when things aren’t going well - but there is a more than enough raw ability there for him to be an asset for the front 3

Mate I respect your opinion, but there is a reason for why he is a easy target. He isn't good enough.

I find no joy in criticizing him, and tbh i think he is a good lad that tries alot. That said, he isn't good enough to be our nr 9, if we want to challenge for title. We need a striker that can score 20 goals in the league because we are too depended on Mo. Just like we used to be on Stevie before torres came.

I fully understand that it is hard to criticise a Liverpool player, i remember I wouldn't hear a bad word about kuyt back in the day but I will admit now that he wasn't good enough. Even tho he played his heart out and scored sole vital goals.

We can't be nice to players if we want to dominate English football, we need to be ruthless.
