This is why I laugh at these people who think Salah will basically retire and go and play in a pub league over champions league. While he's at the top he won't be going there. Maybe as a last hurrah and pay day if that's what he desires.

That league will be dead by that point though I think. Think it's quite funny looking at Jordan Hypocrite there infront of a few men and a dog. Dragged his kids out of school and away from their family. All because you 'didnt feel wanted 😭😭' Hope it was worth it Mr Hypocrite.

Well so far Salah has resisted the temptation but will it last? You’re absolutely spot on, it is pub league football. I for one can’t see how Henderson ( and many others ) can give 100% in front of a handful of fans/people. 🤷‍♂️

Don’t give a fcuk what anyone says, when you get paid that amount of money and play in front of a minute  set of fans you put your all in, it simply doesn’t happen.  Personally I wouldn’t  let any player play for their country in a league that’s far from proven. Managers have nothing to work from.

Saudi Arabia winger in intensive care after fall

Saudi Arabia international Fahad Al-Muwallad is in intensive care after falling from a balcony at his apartment in Dubai.

The player's club, Al-Shabab, said an accident occurred on Thursday at a home owned by the 30-year-old.

Local police confirmed that Al-Muwallad, who has represented his country 78 times, "fell from the balcony of his second-floor home".

The statement added that "investigations are ongoing, and the competent authorities will be informed of the results of these investigations once they are completed".

After starting his career with Al-Ittihad, Al-Muwallad left in 2022 to join Al-Shabab, where former Wolves forward Daniel Podence and Belgium's Yannick Carrasco are among his current team-mates.

The winger played two games for Levante while on loan with the Spanish club in 2018, and featured twice at the World Cup that summer.
