Me Dad took me to my first match in 1963 (his younger brother had a magnificent illustrious career with the Reds - played 3 times ? Elliott (I think) ran through midfield last week, we had 3 on 3 or 4 on 4, and he couldn't play the ball because F***ing Darwin was about a mile offside. 

He's gonna have to prove himself in the Carabo or the last 20 minutes, but he's nowhere near starting - least of all when Jota's fit and on form.

Whatever possesed Napoli to part with £30M to sign McTominay is anyone's guess, but Harry - the gift that keeps on giving - is still phoning it in, so goals for us guaranteed.

ETH has bought more players than Chelsea but won't play any of them, and I can only see us burying the ghost from last year: 1-3 to us (Jota/Salah/Konaté...Garnacho for them).  Simples!

IT could still be a difficult game at OT, I was thinking we may be held to a draw. Although really hoping the Reds can come away with an away victory.

Three wins on the trot would be a great start to the season.

We're a much better side than they are, the only way I see this being tough is if we make it tough for ourselves (which there is a good chance of happening if we get caught up in the occasion).....like any one of the 3 games we played last season, in total control for 80-90% of the matches then proceeded to shoot ourselves in the foot multiple times.
