I hope a reasonably strong side should be fielded, not matter how many times the Reds have won the competition, a trophy is always worth winning.

Jota out of form?? Scored and assisted in the first 2 league games. He has played ok so far.

At his brilliant best, no. But out of form?? Not for me. Im biased though as he is my favourite player.

Dom is a player i would say is out of/struggling for form.

Nunez will start tomorrow. Jota will start at wolves.

This season I’m in the ‘Not too bothered’ camp regarding the Micky Mouse cup, our concentration should solely be the league & CL, I know i know it’s a trophy and we should endeavour to win it while we are in it, so let’s compromise then and use it to put minutes into the legs of the fringe players and one or two of the babies, …..

Decent side that’s good enough to worry the ‘ammers’ , Lopetegui is already under pressure so a defeat would be another kick in the Spherical’s for him, would I be bothered if we’re K’Oed, nah, not really,it would free up a extra days rest which we will need, same as the FA cup, not too bothered about that this season either although a good cup run is not to be sniffed at !!

Id definitely have Nunez in, what better game to feed the beast and give Jota some proper competition.

I think Arne should only change approximately 5 players from the last game. He's bringing in a new style of play and we need to maintain a bit of continuity.

I'd bring in Quansah, Jones, Chiesa  Bradley, maybe Endo or Morton.

Just win it. Wins grow confidence whoever we're playing, whatever the comp ! Rotate yes, but with habit of subtlety, not Nguni ho.

I love the League Cup and want to extend our record of trophies in it but this is still a game you have to heavily rotate. West Ham likely will do similar I'd guess.

Can't see him making the heavy changes people thinking he will be aiming to go deep here and obviously all subs will be made . Reckon 4 or 5 changes Jones,Gakpo,Bradley,Quansah and Gomez

Arne stated this morning Kelleher would start with Ali fighting to be fit for Wolves, which was a very nice surprise.

Vast majority expecting a full rotation, absolute scenes when the gaffa only names 2 changes 

I reckon he goes a little stronger than what we think he'll put out, only because this is his first season and first season's are generally for making a good impression, which he'll undoubtedly want to do.

West Ham have been sh*te recently, so will want to win this to try get some sort of confidence. Don't underestimate them, as all prem teams are able to raise their game at some time.   If we have too much rotation, it could do us more harm than good with our own confidence going forward.
I think three changes would be the most, to maintain the balance and the rhyth. Possibly Quanta, Gakpo, and maybe one midfielder. I'm sure Graf will need to start at least, so perhaps Szob or Mac for Jones.  Still going for a 2.0 win for the RED MEN.
