Funny how you donā€™t care when itā€™s your lot but when other teams do it your first to knock them. 😂 like I said to racer your not playing like champions and a very easy start.
well you lot were in that start Keith, and there's no easy game in this league

Not a good performance but 3 points and top of the league.

MacAllister and Gravenberch combination continues to look good.

Canā€™t play like that every week. We will luck out.

And we don't, even with a brand new shing coach and backroom staff.  It wasn't a good performance but the result we have to take with both hands and puts us on the top.

Donā€™t listen to this fella, heā€™s just scratching his ring piece to find a bit of sh*t to throw at us, we know we were sh*te, we also know we didnā€™t play like Champions, why, because we arenā€™t Champions, well not yet anyway, all of last  season we werenā€™t at our best yet we still managed to finish 3rd, and yet only Five players out of 22, didnā€™t get injured, itā€™s easier to mention the five, Adrian, Virgil, Quansah, Harvey, and Diaz, every other player 17 of them weā€™re at some point injured, some for most of the season, most long term,

I mention this now because some will throw this at us, ā€œ Ah but Arsenal have lost Odegaard, City have lost Rodri, if those two were playing you wouldnā€™t be top, etc etc , well F**k right off with that sh*te, Arse didnā€™t have any major injury concerns last season and City lost KDB for about 15 games or so,

Yet we still managed to finish 3rd, and we were still in the mix right up to the 30th match, whilst in transition, and we are still in transition with a new manager, a new impetus, a fresher approach, a more methodical build up all of which we as a squad are still getting used to, we are getting there, albeit a bit slower than some of us would want, but whatā€™s the f***in rush,

We already know we have the squad capable of at least a third place finish, havenā€™t we proven that already, yet we are frowned upon, we are not being taken seriously enough for some, some believe we will sink because we donā€™t have the Klopp factor, now isnā€™t that a strange thing to say considering this is still Kloppā€™s team minus the injuries but with a new fresher and perhaps a better way to utilise the system he himself used,

Iā€™m sorry Keith my little chunky friend, but all youā€™re mud slinging doesnā€™t wash with me, Iā€™m actually quite surprised that you donā€™t recognise the beginnings of a very good side when you see one , is it because youā€™ve own club who are currently masquerading as a successful club because you win the odd domestic trophy, and the truth is youā€™re where your at wallowing in your Mediocrity, which isnā€™t a false position by the way,

Anyhoo, Iā€™m glad you believe in yer hapless manager, and I too hope he stays long term, the longer the better, and the deeper heā€™ll take you into the sh*te, so while you contemplate that, think about this, for every season youā€™re not in the top four or even six, itā€™ll take you three times as long to catch up with the Jonesā€™s, itā€™s already 11 years, 30 years it took us, the clock is ticking, tick tock tick tock tick tock tick tock !!!!

Besides the mix up and a silly foul he gave away a few mins later, I thought Ibou was very good.

His goal was brilliant, the way he gets up 10ft tall is remarkable, it's quite bizarre he doesn't get more goals but Imo his block when Trent got shown inside out was even better.

Crap performance but an important three points.

Konate had a very mixed game. Szob was wasteful and poor in an attacking sense. Salah was piss other than the penalty. The attempted pass to Jones is one of the worst I have ever seen. Robertson was good. Grav mostly good and I can see why he got MOTM. Some poor passses by him though.

I think these games are just part of the process. We could have made it easier for ourselves by being more decisive up front and not making such a mess to gift Wolves a goal. There was way too many poor passes in this game.
Disagree so much about part of the process comment. They set the bar high with a fantastic performance at AC Milan. They should kick on and play for their hundreds of thousands a week. I would remove Szob straight away, he's in the most important position of the team. Could you imagine Souness or Keane playing like that tonight, absolutely pathetic.

Youā€™d drop a player whenever their performance dipped below Souness or Keane?

I think that Slot is trying to coach Szob ā€¦ if he doesnā€™t turn it on eventually then he will be moved on but itā€™s right that the new manager tries first and doesnā€™t throw in the towel prematurely

      Oh fcuk chats!  :mixed-smiley-009:

As long as DLS doesn't say that till it's mathematically impossible for anyone else, i will allow it!

Last two time he went the early crow, ended in  :f_wah:  :f_whistle:

As for the game, wow...what an absolute sh*t show at times, how Mo and Jota stayed on that pitch is beyond me, yet one ended up with the assist for the 1st and Mo scored the winner. Other then that they did absolute F**k all.

Oh well, who gives a sh*t, 3 points, Top of the League Baby but after Palace, that's when the real test starts....hopefully Bologna and Palace play us into top form. Scary when it all comes together how good we can be!
