It still isn’t a VVD or Salah though is it. As for goalies, granted yes point taken but you do have the best No 2 in the league that could walk into most premier league clubs and since he’s come into the side not put a foot wrong anyway.

Any team without Odegaard & Saliba will always struggle, especially since they don’t have a squad like City. Allegedly rumours Saka won’t be playing but I think that’s just the usual media bullshit. Regardless though you lot won’t be complaining and will hope to capitalize there woes.

Hell I’m thinking  ill put you lot down for a 3 -0 win as you’ll be playing the 16 year olds at this rate. 😂

Just to emphasise what I was saying regarding our injuries last season, only Five of our players weren’t injured at one point or another last campaign, Adrian, Virgil, Quansah, Elliot and Diaz, yet the silence is f***in deafening from those in the media,
To be fair to Lego head he hasn’t come out and complained as such, it’s those who use the absence of Odegaard, Saliba etc as the reasons Arse may lose today, both are key players of course, but those same fuckwits failed to mention the reasons why we didn’t finish higher than third last campaign yet our injury list reads like this……..
      Thiago(45), Bajcetic (38), Matip(25), Doak(25), Robbo(21), Bradley(19), Trent(16), Jota(16), Jones(13), Alisson (12), Szobo (10), Kostas(9), Salah(7) Grav(7), Konate(6), Macca(6), Nunez, Gakpo, Kells, Endo, Gomez under 5,

Notable absentees long term were Matip, Robbo, Trent, Jota Jones, Alisson Szlobo, all key players to our way of playing last season and to a extent this season too, so Arse losing Odegaard to injury, as well as one or two others, the rest are self inflicted suspensions for ill discipline, why the F**k is that our problem if Lego head can’t instill discipline within his squad??

Pep and the cheaty faithful will be happy with the fact that once again one of their own is reffing a game between their rivals. Helped by their own last week with kavanagh and its good ol Anthony taylor today. We just cannot escape these manchester referees.

He is going to be the talking point again.

You lot couldn't of picked a better time to play them what with injuries and suspensions so still not a true test if you beat them.  :f_whistle:

We know we need to be at or close to our best to get a result. So important for Nunez to stay onside, as we're bound to come under pressure and he must stay on side and ready for the quick break. Has to nail at least one of the chances that come his way.

You have to defend deeper against Darwin which is a big help. What bothers me is what I am watching at Chelsea abject incompetence by ref Hooper. Still think we are on for a good win
