All three will be unavailable until after the November international break at the least.

“I think I said it already a few times that it is always difficult to tell you exactly when they are ready because especially the last phase of the recovery can always be a few days extra or less,” Slot told the media of Alisson and Jota.

“The fact is that they are not there before the international break and let’s see if they can join us after.”

This is the team i would choose as well in someways.

However i like cody coming in off the left and because of that im going with Jones as the attacking mid and cody on the left. Everything else as you have it.

Yes best coming off the left, strong on the ball. But him pushing and backing up the front 3 gives us Diaz as well. They did start together, on Wed, both playing high.  Dom will probably start but he knows he's under pressure to do better.

I do like Cody cutting in from the left, and he’s unleashed some ballistic style shots.
I also think he sometimes trie shots from too far out when a simple cut back would be more beneficial.
Wouldn’t want to take away his stunning goals, but think he must learn to choose the alternative sometimes.

More of the same this match, but without the lapse of concentration in midfield as in the second half. One goal was a wicked deflection we know, but they did give us the run around for a while.
Need to get closer to them when we don’t have the ball, and avoid them the spaces they had.
Clearly well at least start with a stronger back 4, so with better organisation, things should be better all round.
Same prediction for me. 2-0. Clean sheet and 3 big ones.

Pretty sure Dom will play the AM role. His running power there helps us defensively as well as in attack. If Jones plays I think it's more likely instead of Mac in the second pivot position.

Think we'll win either way.

An important game here to pick up all three points against Brighton, keeping the pressure on Man City, tomorrow. 2  0 to the Reds.

The last result doesn’t count for anything. Need a win here. Would start Cody. Would even consider playing Macca as a 10 infront of Jones and Grav.

Will be 2 very different line ups for this one as midweek.

These have the quick forwards in wide areas that can hurt our full backs. Adingra, Mitoma, Rutter.

But they miss Dunk at the back and Jaoa Pedro seems unlikely to start coming back from a bad injury.

Think their defence can be got at and if we are clinical up top and switched on to counters coming our way we can win this nicely.

Got to win this one especially if the falling down team don't win at Newcastle. The calmness of Arne can be seen in this team an incredible achievement for him to stamp his mark after such a huge personality in Jürgen. Think we are due a big win today
