what I believe we could be witnessing is a changing of the guard, the Cockney Cnuts think they can muscle in but they got no Cnut scoring their goals, whereas we are just starting our journey with Arne and as we’ve all seen it’s not a bad start is it, ?

Chavs could emerge as a threat I guess and whilst Arsenal are a good side they lack power up front which ultimately will be their downfall, there was some Cockney gobs***e on talkshite telling us that we’ll fall away at the business end of the season and we’ll have our own injuries to contend with, blah f***in blah, someone needs to tell him we’ve already got injuries and we’re coping pretty f***in well, and that with Arne’s rotational merry go round risk of injuries is significantly lessened , so no we won’t be falling off a f***in cliff or anything else,

What’s more likely to happen is we will keep on improving, and yes we may pick up injuries like we did last night but we will still manage and stay competitive, the beauty of Arne is no f**ker knows what he’s likely to do next, or has a scooby as to what tactics he may employ and against what opposition, with Jürgen it was all out attack in yer face gegenpressing, and not much of a plan b, never mind c, and some found ways to counter it,

We have a real chance to put one hand on the trophy. Lose this game and Man City is back, simple.

We need our strikers to step up, Gakpo, Diaz, Salah or Nunez need to really step up and score as soon as they can. We cannot afford to let chance decide this game.

VVD and Konate (or Gomez if Konate is injured) have a big role too. Haaland does not need a lot of chances to score.

All insults aside, it will be a very difficult game. They haven't become sh*te overnight. So big challenge.Slot knows that. They will find their feet again at some point so we have to be ultra sharp in defence and ruthless in front of goal.

Spurs scoreline was a bit flattering. City had chances in that game. Obviously a lot more pressure on City than us. I'm going for a Liverpool win, something like 115-0. I mean 2-1.

If we can come in and have our defenders play with the same sharpness and intensity like they did vs Madrid then we will put ourselves in a great position to win. Citeh have been leaking goals and giving away a lot of chances and I expect the same. Just hope all our attack don't have stinker of a game at the same time.

Feel like if we want to be title contenders this a game to have to win. Less about the points and more about kicking Citeh when they are done and putting more doubt in their mind that this isn't going to be their year.

I did think, even though it was a free hit so to speak, a loss v Madrid may have knocked our lads confidence a tad. But as we won, convincingly, and could have scored 6, I’m sure they will be buzzing.

Spot on. Hard to call the rest but in terms of the match it’ll be one of those classic games that have kept the Premier League alive in recent years.

Konate is confirmed out which is a huge blow. Gomez has proven he can handle Haaland so no issues there. Hopefully Kostas can make the bench and fill those numbers up.

Always the F***ing same - teams having a woeful time of it come to Anfield and play out of their skin, whether it’s over confidence or the opposition upping their game the chance of an upset is there!
