Keeper should be getting that all day long unless Trent yelled for him to leave it. Trent very well could have been letting the man run because he figured Kelleher was going to make the easy catch.

Still should go with your man only reason you don't is.if playing offside

Agree. And usher your man away from the ball. He basically stopped playing and that cost us.

The award of the free kick in the first place was soft...Of course 89th minute Kelleher has to punch that clear, once he went to the ball Trent would have (like the rest of us) expected him to deal with it. The goal scorer just lunged at it and got lucky...there's no way he's going for goal.
One of those unfathomable things that happen on a football pitch sometimes....best not to dwell on it and just batter Everton.

Annoying draw given the comeback and late goal but not a bad point given we were not at our best.

7 points at the top is still at least 7 points better than I expected at this point.

I refuse to panic, we bounced back straight away after the Forest shock defeat and I'm hoping we'll teach Everton a lesson on Saturday.

3 points on Saturday will make a point at Newcastle a decent point after the City win BUT the Derby is huge now we need the win.

The highs and lows of football. I'm  happy with the point, despite not playing well we still come out with not getting beat
Of course when you are 3-2 up,  you want all 3 points but that is football.
Move on and beat the bitters on Saturday, and everything in the garden is rosy.
We are doing a lot better than any of us could imagine if we are all honest with ourselves.

Bizarre if we were sitting 1 point behind city with top of the league people would be jumping for you but sitting 9 points ahead of city and top of the league is a problem the world has gone mad

;)It’s actually makes me laugh when some say it’s a most win against the bitters 😂 I’m pretty dam sure not one Liverpool supporter could of predicted you’d be in this position at the beginning of December. I’d go one step further by saying every fan would have been more than happy with a 1 point lead at this stage.

🦥 broken a few records already and all positive at that. Fantastic position you’re  all in, stop moaning to those that are never happy is what I say.

So proud of everyone that we wouldn’t take a draw but only a win. Even a good point secured with a decent cushion will not do.

Do keep up the high standards and keep talking about our imperfections and ways to improve.

Such no nonsense attitude shows discipline and is highly admirable and valuable in a business where results matter.

I lack such discipline and I’m entertained by the 3-3, so I’ll enjoy my one point gained instead. Kelleher is still pretty world class nonetheless.

Look forward to seeing more debates and on where we can improve.

Keith it might have been so long that you’ve forgotten but when you’re top of the league, you’re not thinking back to your expectations at the start of the season. We have adjusted to being top over a number of weeks and therefore that is where the expectation is. It is obviously not literally a “must win” but you can understand why people might think that way. Dropping 4/5 points out of 6 would be a huge blow to us and could possibly shift the momentum of the title race, particularly if Arsenal and City win.

Need to use CL game weeks as rest days now. Don't give a F**k if the owners don't like it, or if Uefa kick off. Play a 2nd string in that. Finishing top of that is absolutely pointless.

We take the point and move on, we can't think about the past that we can't change. Get the 3 point in the early kick off and let others feel the pressure.

If that or this won't work but what can we do in tomorrow's match is the most important thing.

      Let's beat the blueshits.

For 70 minutes it was Gordon v Liverpool

And yet the biggest danger was Isak.

Wish we had him instead of Nunez.

First time I had a real look at him. The contrast between him and what we have is stark.
