Well Slot went 442 away to Villa which was a bit negative but he considered PSG as one of the best in the comp and knew they were underrated but still went 433. 442 at home, possible but unlikely. We have to take the game to them. Yes they looked good but hammer away, push them back, urged on, adrenalin high. We saw them on the front foot but defending at Anfield against a rampant red wave is another matter all together. Get a goal and they have to steam forward.

Theyve been built up after their performance last week so I think theyll have a bit of pressure on them to deliver similar, I dont think they will.

I think we will win. Likely nick an early goal. It will be interesting if they try to get into us from the off like they did at their place. Could backfire on them IF we actually show up this time. I could be mistaken but I don't believe their form away from home is anywhere near as good as it is at home and we all know about our home form. I would be really surprised if we aren't able to make it through. I personally think their team is a bit overrated. They've bossed a farmer's league. They'd be lucky to be anywhere near top 6 in our league with our schedule.

But for luck and bad finishing I thought PSG were very good and tomorrow is going to be a tough game, but as long as we improve on last weeks performance we have a good chance of progressing, but the must stop giving the ball away needlessly. Get stuck in and a solid performance COYR

Yes they played well in the first leg but we were also our own worst enemy for much of that.  I don’t see us being that poor again. If we are then we have more to worry about than I thought.  The atmosphere at Anfield will be amazing and give us the push to see this thru.

We can't be as bad as last week and they are unlikely to be as good as last week....that said, we're unlikely to be as lucky as last week....so who knows?....I expect it will be tight, possibly pens to decide it....but dreamland if we can win it.

Massive night coming up and its going to be huge, we need players, staff and fans all on it from the off.

Mad isn't it. I was nervous for Southampton at weekend 10x more than I am for this.

What will be will be in the CL. These games take care of themselves really where th players will be bang up for it.

A league title winning season will be incredible with or without any other trophy but I think I'm going to be more nervous in the Carabao Cup final than I will be for this.

My thoughts on the absolute mess that was this tournaments new cynical and bloated early league format has killed my enthusiasm for this cup by about 80%.

Don't get me wrong I'm still going to leave work early to get home for KO but it's proper sh*te this cup now.
