The Reds team in full: Reina, Arbeloa, Riise, Hobbs, Carragher, Gerrard, Mascherano, Sissoko, Voronin, Torres, Crouch.

Subs: Itandje, Hyypia, Kewell, Kuyt, Babel

Glad Torres is playing. Hopefully he can bag a few and then get rested.

Big game for Hobbs, hopefully he can get a good game under his belt. I'm a little surprised it's Hyypia on the bench instead of Carragher.

      Come on you reds!!

Three pronged attack? Hobbs and Sissoko?

A bit of rotation then? Come on red men.

Annoyed we didn't play our game in hand (like Arsenal did) in the midweek.  Best we can hope for is that we will still be 4th at the end of the day.  Frustrating.  Let's get the win and close the gap on Arsenal to 4 points with the same number of games (until they play tomorrow and beat Boro)

A little knee jerk to say Kuyt will be going because he's not starting this one, this is a game where you'd expect players to be rested after all.

Hope Hobbs can do himself proud, he's certainly capable it'll just be psychological for him.

Think my da is losing it. He says it was inside the box.

Said before the game this our potential banana skin. I hope I'm wrong.

Carra didn't get booked for the foul did he?

I knew Reading would score sometime, just didn't know when.  Now it's time to score the typical three goals a game.

No! A bad decision all told and JC fortunate not to get a yellow making him illegible for the Manure match.

We've given them a head start but that's all they'll get. We have the class and pace to do a job on them, no doubt. Looking a bit suspect defensivley at present but Reds to win 3-1.
