fowler has never publicly came out and said he has retired from international football if you read his book he would love to pull the england shirt on again but always knew he wouldnt under sven goran nokia

if you read the end of the chapter woodsie he also says and i quote

"as a chapter i guess my eng;land story is finished because eriksson was never gonig to pick me still if he needs a goal scorer to take to germany then he has my number"
sounds like he would still pull on the england shirt to me
