Put a kilo on past few montsh since being on medication for High BP and colesterol.

Playing golf twice a week and tennis once a week, and plenty walks. so fitness wise im good, just need to get better at cutting out the beer and bad foods. l o l

Was pleasantly surprised to see I was at 195 this morning after my run. So 18lbs lost so far. In reailty, I'd like to lose another 20 lbs. I think it would also help ease up the inflammation on my knee to have less weight for it to support.

What’s the diagnosis on the knee?

Osteoarthritis. Inflammation basically. Doing everything I can try to reduce inflammation.

Starting to introduce some speed back into the running.
      Did a 25min tempo @ 7.30 pace.

Long slow running has its place but gets a bit monotonous without any some speed sessions.

Knee stood up ok so the rehab is paying off - mainly now consisting of one legged wall squats held for 45s x 3 and 3 sets of weighted Bulgarian split squats working my way up to half my body weight.
Will introduce some sort of power exercises as well like jumping lunges but not quite there yet for those.
