      B.B.C. sport report that Everton have signed 17 year old Dan Gosling from Plymouth Argyle,he plays midfield or defence. It did not mention a fee ( whats a duck,I mean gosling worth )

      Why didn't Derby sign him then? They've maed like 4 signings since the start of December.
