Back to back hundreds for Joe Root.

And some said he wasn't a one day player

De Villiers and Duminy both dropped!

And now AB is starting to get going...

Another diabolical batting performance, other than Alex Hales who finally converted a 50 into a three figure score.

      All out for 236.

Middle order really needs to be looked at, starting at the skipper who needs binning for good.

Another giant collapse we are just not interested as these 20 overs games aren't glory inspired.

England can book their tickets now... :lmao: Who ever decided to pick a team to tour India without a left arm spinner needs to resign.
Morgan is a joke as captain.

This is some bowling/fielding performance by England, let's hope the batsmen don't let us down.

We've started well here, Roy already hitting his half-century, should win this no problems.

He must be on a promise tonight mate and doesn't want to be late home  ;)

I can't see it but I hope we don't think it's over and stop going for the big hits, be nice to go into the final on a high.

Disappointed to miss the game today, but looking forward to the final on Sunday. Need to be brave again and play without fear. If it's India then the atmosphere will be fantastic

Cruel this. Wanted to play England in the finals.

I think everybody got complacent once we got Gayle early. Plus the dew factors, which meant Dhoni couldn't rely on his spinners.

Shame for Virat Kohli though. He's been immense for many years now, not least in this tournament. I'm not the biggest cricket fan, but I see a bar full of 400 people chanting his name like they did with Sachin Tendulkar in his prime.
Kohli is a treat to watch. He paces his innings perfectly, not the typical wham-bam T20 hitting. Would have loved to see him go against Root in the final.

Kohli is sensational. He single-handedly fucks Australia over every time we meet. He has that personality that you would love to play for with him as captain, too.

The way he dragged his country through our match the other day was phenomenal. We didn't help ourselves with our bowling and tactics, but he stood there and gave it to us. Excellent cricketer.
