Not sure we are worthy of 5 tests in Australia to be honest. Think everything that needs to be said on the state of both teams can be said in 3.

England going nowhere.... and quite slowly actually. We have been awful for a good while now and it's getting worse.

      All but done already then.

England just not got the players to go toe to toe with the Aussies at the moment. Players like Burns shouldn’t be anywhere near Test cricket really.

The sad thing is our bowlers toiled away for 2 days and will be back out there doing it again before stumps tomorrow.

Not ideal with the age of Jimmy and Broad.

Awful technique bat comes down from 3rd man I played the game at a very good level and can confidently say played with better who only made Lancs 2s

3 for 24 since Lunch. Here comes the collapse I spoke about last week again. Where nobody is made accountable for and happens test after test after test.

Jimmy will be back out bowling by the end of today.

In another team he could go on years longer but he will have to retire after this series bowling behind this batting lineup that can't bat out a single day.

Fresh from taking a pummelling because the batsman can't do their jobs, Jimmy and Broad will be bowling for the first second third and fourth day in a row.

Coach has to go at the end of this series. Fielding coach too. Somebody has to be accountable for the collapses of the team and the mis catches we produce test after test.

If you drop somebody 4 times they will go on to punish you and take the game away.

just seen on the News that two lads in India have been jailed since October for celebrating Pakistan Victory against India (I assume the lads are Indian) they cant even get legal representation. No wonder people are literally killing themselves to come here it appears it may not be as bad as some would like to portray it. I know the relationship between the two Countries is strained but come on this is just off the scale

I can only think that plating in December our players are just finding it difficult to find form either that or they are just not good enough

Ashes series seemingly over less than half way through the 5 Tests. I wonder why Broad was not selected ?

England have seen their arse again. 185 all out after first day. Another 5-0 hiding coming up again in Oz.

saw it upto about 4am and 180 for 6 and the looked like wickets would be coming but typical England and Typical Aussies they put the pressure on and we fall away

I don’t think there’s much doubt now, all being said that he’s undeniably the best

      We aren’t even that good

Worst ashes series in history I think, not the result or the performance I just mean the whole thing, looked like no one wants to be there, fatigue of cricket bubble lives, no families for a lot of the players

That’s no excuse, the Aussies are a better side, especially on their own grounds, but the tour has been an utter waste of everyone’s time
No warm up games, no test cricket for months in the build up then, “off you go, no prep and conditions we notoriously struggle in”
