Apparently it only works on simple people.

      Or people who are stoned.

Waited a whole bloody week for this and nothing, I hate Derren brown now. He actually managed to mess with my head a little though, before I thought he was pretty cool and now I just think he's a pretentious looney tw*t, amazing stuff Derren.

Bloody goon, I sat in the stupid position, didn't move my head, it finished and then I stood up, got a pack of crisps and cursed him as I listened to him talking to goons.

My elbows got stuck, kinda. I could get them off but it got really difficult. It wore off soon after though.

Anyone know what he's doing this week?

Think I read somewhere that it's something to do with a casino but I'm not sure.

My arms felt really heavy and tingly during the Control The Nation one, but I could stand up and stuff, my arms were like that for a good while though.

Image projection this week apparently, he's going to make folk watching draw a particular image or picture and then say what it is you've drawn.

Personally i think the bloke is a master of suggestion and trickery, genuinely very clever.

Didn't work on me, remained calm & focused on the screen.  Just played it back on Youtube and managed to split second catch the image.

Nah, it's too far fetched for me.  A man tied to a chair oh please.

If you're open to suggestion it will work every time if you can't be hypnotised and that applies to the majority, then there's no problem it means you're just not having it and that is quite normal. He selects appropiate stooges from the audience because by this time he can recognise who is gullible and it goes on from there, I've seen it done and the guy who did it was a friend I knew for years after he'd done the biz with some other people he tried to put me in a trance and all I could do was laugh, he concluded that I was F***ing hopeless with the psychic side of things - it's their loss.

Nope, haven't read a paper all day. Neither had me mum, who drew pretty much exactly what the curator had drawn. Spooky stuff.
