Protests must be strategic mate, we had one saturday. if we have them all the time they lose effectiveness and impact.

Agreed. Plus protests during or before the match will play on the players mind's. We all know what happened to Newcastle against Hull :D

We're going to have young players out against Crewe. Let's just get behind them and fight another day.

Seen a good shout on another forum, have a big protest march like the one against the mancs, but against Everton in the new year, just before the banks re-finance or not.

Thing is, the young lads will be getting a run out against Crewe. They should be getting all the support they can get. The Everton game in the new year is a good idea.

      PERFECT !!!!!  Couldn't be better.

Roll on 17th January, might have to get me thermals out though ;)

The Crewe game isn't high profile enough.

I just thought the Everton match idea was boss, high profile game on TV, March to whip us into a frenzy again like against the mancs, 17th Jan just before the re-financing.

Seemed to work at Newcastle though.

They were protesting for about four days solid and now their Chairman wants out.

      Because it will be cold?

Seriously though - we need to be putting concerted pressure on them NOW not waiting till January and another transfer window.  We need to build the momentum now.  As much as they annoy me - the antics at Newcastle United have had the desired effect. Stuff like the gate chaining was good, imagine if that had been done a few hours before kick off on a Sky covered game - delaying their vans setting up - affective the TV coverage etc.

They may just have to report on that.

Gillett shouldn't have been able to get anywhere near Anfield for that game.

We could always protest at the Crewe match, then at the Everton game.  But we don't want to turn in to a load of Geordies scaring potential investors away by protesting at EVERY game.

At some point we'll have to stay on level ground to keep the players moral afloat.

I only want DIC, but if they were actually going to turn around and say 'F**k this', we need to have a plan B on the agenda.  And it's probably going to be Share LFC at this rate!

Which will consume more time for these bas**rds.

Fair enough mate, I agree with keeping up pressure on them now defo, but I still think the Protests should be well chosen, and we shouldn't have them all the time as they lose impact and the Media interest in them decreases.
