Umm I have a bit of an issue with my laptop running Windows XP pro as the OS. Out of the blue whenever I try to open programs or play anything within minute intervals there is a "beep beep" noise, it is constant and does not go away.No idea what to do?

Kenny, that quote was months old! You really ought to be banned for that!

If it's for comedy value, there can be exceptions.  

Anyway, seen a decent base unit for £270 with a good bit of spec.
