He’s our local MP I’ve had loads of arguments with him , comes out with daft ideas regularly, , he knows he has one of the safest seats in Britain , that’s why he comes out with the crap he does , just knows he’ll walk back in at the next elections . My understanding is that many people say Putin (not Musk or Bezos) is the richest man  in the world, his riches being held by proxy by many Russian Oligarchs. Whatever can be done to put a stranglehold on his finances should be considered in my opinion.

Short stays means he's still not allowed to live here. Short stay is the equivalent of a holiday.
