Steven Gerrard and Kaka for their on and off the field attitudes.

Dempsey, the second best American player that isn't a keeper if you're looking for a Premiership player.

Although, that non-league player that got sent off after 3 seconds gets my vote. The talent needed to run up after the kick-off and take out someone within 3 seconds is amazing. The man was on a mission.

      World Class stupidity

Kaka, because he is so silky with his touch, his vision and good finisher. He is also humble to boot. Loved when he destroyed ManUre over 2 legs of the Champions League a while ago.

Messi, because he has great balance and great confidence in his own ability.

Huntelaar, for his coolness in front of goal. Will be interesting to see how he does at Real.

As a hobby (more curiosity than anything else), I follow Juventus.  (Though in light of the CL draw, I'll be more of an active Juve fan in 2009.)  Anyway, I've always enjoyed watching both Alex Del Piero and Gigi Buffon.  Two truly amazing talents who don't seem like complete d**kheads.

Kaka is one of them. Great on the ball and a good person as well. Love the way he destroyed MU in Milan 2 years ago. What a class act. Suprised that he has been linked with the Mancs!! Hopefully he doesn't make the move to Manchester ,will be terribly disappointed if he does...

Iniesta is another one! What a performance at the bridge...kept his cool all the time then struck a beauty at the death!!

Messi is the best player on the planet. Other great players van basten, maldini, bergkamp, zidane.

Thought John Barnes was a quality player could dribble at pace and still beat a man, strong on the ball as well.

Messi - Best player on the planet by far

Arshavin - think we should have signed him in Jan, he is a honest player, can use both feet well. Great dribbler, great shot on him...

Henry - was the best striker in the Premier league, always a joy to watch... would love to see him at anfield...

Kaka - great midfielder but also what he does off the pitch aswell

Heskey - unselfish striker, doesnt have the accuracy but does the job very well.

      to name few
