For all of those who know that Firefox is far superior to Internet Explorer, what Add-Ons do you have installed?

      Abduction!
      Chatzilla
      Downloadhelper
      GameFOX TK+
      Linkification
      Nuke Anything Enhanced

Boost Toolbar - A facebook toolbar (tells you when you have messages etc, without logging into the page).
Forecast Fox - Weather report that sits in the bottom right bar.
      Google toolbar - Pretty explanatory.
iMacros - Macro recording tool (good for getting through busy websites eg ticket sales).
Save Session - Saves all tabs and closes Firefox - All saved tabs reload when firefox is restarted.

Also have the Firefox Zune theme loaded to compliment the Xp Zune theme - Black/Orange is SO much cooler than blue/green ;)

I use internet explorer. Why is FireFox better? Because there is a picture of a fox that can breath fire? ;)

I never thought firefox was that much better but trust me Ra Ra it is. The download helper is a great extension to have. Also just downloaded that Zune theme that was mentioned really makes it look good.

I have the British in-line dictionary which saves me having to use the spell check.

I would recommend it for a lot of people on here.

Is Firefox actually all that good? Why is it far superior?

Firefox is the best browser right now imo. It's more stable than IE and there are some very good extensions that make browsing a lot easier.
The most useful extension i found was Adblock Plus(for blocking all kinds of ads including flash ones).

Some other useful extensions that i use are:

IETab(for opening sites that dont support Firefox)
Autocopy(no need to press Control C to copy text)
Fasterfox(tweaking network settings to make web pages load faster)
DownloadHelper/VideoDownloader(Downloading videos from sites like Youtube,Metacafe etc)

The only problem with Firefox is its memory management system. Its a known bug in Firefox which causes memory leakage which causes Firefox to take up a lot of RAM (amount increases with the time Firefox is kept open).Sometimes it reaches 200-250 MB on my PC if i keep it open for a long time.

It's better than IE.  Well, certainly more responsive and fluid.

I'm starting to get quite used to Opera as well, which all the Apple Mac freaks probably use.

Of course.  That's what I meant. Safari.  I use that (sometimes).  Opera I think I also tried.
