Four consecutive Premier League clean sheets.First time under Brendan.First time since 2011.
Maybe Brendan has brought in a defensive coach on the sly.
@LFCData: Liverpool have committed one defensive error in the PL since Mamadou Sakho was brought back in on Dec 21st vs Arsenal. #LFC
Squawka Football @Squawka Since this guy appeared at Anfield on 21st December, Liverpool have played 10; won 7; drawn 3; lost 0. Second coming.
We have only lost 4 PL games under Brendan from New Year's Day in his 2 and a bit seasons here. Form: WLWDDLWWWLWDDDWDWWWWDWDW WWWWWWWWWWLDWDWWWDW
Premier League table since January 1st;1 - Liverpool (20 pts)2 - Arsenal (18 pts)3 - Chelsea (14 pts)4 - Man United (14 pts)5 - Crystal Palace (14 pts)6 - Stoke (14 pts)7 - Tottenham (13 pts)8 - Southampton (13 pts)9 - West Brom (13 pts)10 - Man City (12 pts)11 - Swansea (12 pts)12 - Hull (10 pts)13 - Newcastle (9 pts)14 - West Ham (8 pts)15 - Everton (7 pts)16 - Burnley (6 pts)17 - Sunderland (5 pts)18 - Leicester (5 pts)19 - QPR (4 pts)20 - Aston Villa (1 pts)
Very interesting but it's not really mentioned by anyone in the media but fair play to Stoke there. Quietly going about their business and getting results. If that were Pulis the media would be wanking endlessly. And yet for Hughes, someone who achieved more in one season with Stoke than Pulis did in God knows how many (and quite frankly who cares?) he's shown a slight level of disrespect.
Average Age of Starting XI vs City - 23.6.
We haven't had a single win at home against teams from the bottom 7.
March is traditionally a good month for Brendan at Liverpool.2013 - played 4, won 3, lost 1.2014 - played 5, won 5.2015 - played 1, won 1.
