      Mo Salah's wonder strike at the weekend was his 51st Premier League goal for the club - as many as Dirk Kuyt managed in his time with us.

      In the process he became the highest Premier League goalscorer in the current squad, replacing Danny Sturridge (who still has 50) and putting Mo 6th on the list and behind only Torres (65), Suarez (69), Owen (118), Gerrard (120) and Fowler (128).

      In terms of all-time goals, Mo now has 66, drawing level with Steve McManaman and remains one behind Sturridge. That places Mo as our 34th all-time goalscorer at the moment. (Kuyt ended with 71 so he's still a few ahead of Mo in all competitions)

      With all three getting on the scoresheet last night, it has cemented our front three all in our top ten all-time European goalscorers.

      Before the game Mane was joint tenth with Heskey and Case on 13 but has now put himself joint ninth with Robbie Fowler on 14. Salah has moved to joint sixth with Dirk Kuyt and Terry Mc on 15 goals a piece, while Bobby is out on his own in fifth place with 16 goals (just one behind Roger Hunt)

      Some achievement to have our three current stars in the top ten when you consider our European history.

      In the race to be the top goalscorer in the current squad, Mo has drew level with Sturridge on 67 while Bobby remains one behind on 66. And Mane has made it into the top 50 goalscorers on 55, the same amount as Fairclough and Souness - one more than Coutinho.

      Cheers mate.

      55 goals from Souey. Not a bad bonus on top of everything else he brought to the table!

      Sadio Mane has scored in;

      Group stages
      Last 16
      QF
      SF
      F

      Of the Champions League.

      If he scores in the SF and Final (providing we get there), he’d have scored in every round for 2 consecutive seasons.

      Central midfielders scoring goals mate, who'd have thought it be an advantage to have them in the team?

      The advantage of having Souey in the side, apart from midfield goals, is that Fernandinho and Company, after hacking our players down, would probably still be in intensive care 😂😂😂
