Football rule changes

After today's cricket fiasco were Pakistan lost the game after failing to come out within half an hour, made me think about what rule changes you would like to see introduced in to football. ??

How about..instead of penalties?

The offending player can either go in goal for the pen, or receive his card (be it yellow or red?)

i think if you'r taken down outside the box in a 1 on 1 situation, it should be a pen.

I think the manager should have to take the first pen in a shoot out  :shock:

my rule change would be to have football the way it used to be when offside was offside and you could tackle the powers that be have messed around with it far too much

i would have to introduce a video ref like they have in rugby then none of the cheating chelski scum will get away with diving
