Now do that again in the league.

It'll be just our luck that they'll put City out then lose against them in the league.

Son is on fire for Spurs this season.
Last time Kane was out Spurs had their best run of form.

      True.

If you gave me a choice of one player to add to our squad I'd take Son.

      Easily Spurs best player.

Alli one season wonder and a luxury player drifts in and out of games and scores the odd class goal.

      Not a fan.

Now city will have to work for their match against Spurs. If Spurs get just 1 goal, then they'll be fu**ed. Not to mention, they'll have to run their asses off in that game. Good sh*t. Pep probably is going for 4 trophies as he didn't play De Bruyne, Sane. Me thinks it's gonna bite him in the arse

City will probably demolish Spurs in the second leg. It makes sense to rest players yesterday because it's just half time. City could win everything, Champions League only thing left in our hands right now, so hopefully we can win that.

If Chelsea were to have a hiccup then that was the idea time for them to have it, as many have said here the League game would have been idea for us... Think the next two games they meet Spurs they will humiliate them and school them in football

A fan or not, I think he’s proven he’s anything but a one season wonder. He’s had injury problems this season but that doesn’t take away anything from the last 3 or 4 years.

I think Spurs will do us a massive favour here as Citeh are really going to have put in a shift in to get through to the semis and that is the most important thing for them. I think it will distract Citeh on Sunday and possibly drain them before the league game against Spurs.

that reminds me of the last time I took my Dad to a match before he died in 96. He decided he wanted to go in the Kop so we got two great tickets right behind the goal about 10 rows back. Everytime we attacked the crowd would stand and I would have to haul him up and by the time I did the rest of the crowd had sat down and this went on for the entire second half I was knackered and missed most of the game.

I really rate that lad.  Always seems to do well against us as well.  I'd have him in our 18 no bother - more useful than the likes of Lallana/Shaqiri I'd say.

If Spurs go there and get the win in midweek then I reckon it will be Spurs who will be drained.  Man City can just bring out their second XI for the league game.

Gut feeling is that the European game is a toss up - City will win the Premier League match :( Hope I'm wrong and City lose both!

City will want the CL more than PL. It's a knockout game, PL game isn't. 1 nil behind on agg for city means their best 11.

Spurs could define Citeh’s season by knocking them out of the CL & denting their PL title hopes..

Pep already playing down not wining the CL with Citeh, it’s not what I came here for...🙄

Funny that, only the other day he was saying he'd be a failure if he wasn't to win it. Typical Pep.
