Is it me or did it look like rafa and masch were arguining?
Didn't see that? After the final whistle I seen Benayoun and Rafa having a bit of a 'discussion' though. Looked like they were disagreed about something.
Not a classic game but I was sort of expecting that. We looked like we were just going through the motions in the first half. Second half we were much better but the finishing or final ball wasn't always there.
Torres is such a talent. It's always a pleasure to watch that lad play.
Was great to see Hamman get a game. He got the cheers he deserved.
I was a bit emotional at the end when the players walked round the pitch. Last game of the season at Anfield is always a bit sad, because you have to wait for what seems like ages until the next proper game. But it was great to see the players and manager with their kids taking in the crowds appreciation - also Carragher junior running round Anfield with more determination than some of the players who have graced that pitch in the past.
We got the win, so I'm happy. One more game to go then it's time for improvement in some areas of the team. But credit to Insua today! He done himself no harm at all for breaking through next season.
By the way, I enjoyed swimming home from Anfield!!!! Got soaked to the bone!
