Messi has a bruise on the outside of his left knee. He'll undergo further tests to determine the exact extent of the injury. #FCBLive

Confirmation from the club that it isn't serious.  ;)

He's one of those guys that simply doesn't stay down and when you see the faces he was pulling, looked like agony, I must admit I feared much worse. Delighted for him, deserves at least the chance after playing so well for 11 months would be a bit of cruel twist of fate to deny him 1 short.

      Yes, exactly right.

Apparently, Barca have four more games this year.

He has three more games to get it.

Well, actually there were four but I don't know why the Copa Del Rey match against Cordoba is postponed.

There's a nicer picture where he attracts like half the Madrid team before he set up Abidal's goal but this is the only one I could find.

Yep, best in my lifetime and I'd personally say best ever but without actually living through the others I'm clearly biased. Hard to think of any player having more ability and I honestly don't think we'll see one better than him.

Congratulations Messi, that's the World Player of the Year in the bag.

Not too long ago if he were English he would never have got into a youth team becuase he would have been deemed to"Small" how times have changed and for the better.I love watching the man he is pure football.

THE best player I have ever seen, nuff said

It doesn't matter if he played for another team, and I think he would have had the same influence as well. In every game Messi played he stood out, even when he had a below par performance he still created chances or scored the odd goal.

Unbelievable, we will never see a player like him in the future

      Congratulations, Leo!

Greatest player I have ever seen.

A perfect role model for youth. Aside from being a very good player, he's also almost as genuine as you want a player to be.

86 goals? Go for 90 XD
