crouch is a good lad. he impressed me in the world cup, and he's the club's leading scorer. i think hes got a bright future here, and he's got a lot more in him. kudos to the big man

Crouch isn't that bad. But, I have to say for a guy his height he gives away a lot of frees for holding players going up for a header with him.

If we could get points for finding the exact center of a goal we would be top of the league because he is brilliant at heading the ball, from whatever angle, straight to the keeper!!

I don't want to sound harsh but I think at times he can do better. A lot better.

Crouch gives us different options is the what everyone says but every game he plays he hasan impact be it himself or creating opportunities or space for others.....yeah sure once the cash comes in we are going to need to get some serious quality in but I think he's had a great impact upon the club.....if we get the cash I'd love to see Drogba play here...the 2006/07 version....used to hate the guy but he is fantastic

nothing wrong with crouch apart from hes to slow but hes a clever player giving his size i would like to see him put some weight on and  beef him self up and learn how to head a ball  as this is his main threat being 6.7 get him to watch some  nail quin videos. he  was a perfect example of how a big man should play.

I think we have to be grateful to Peter Crouch. He's not the best striker on the market but he got a great sense of position and help the team to move into the rivals midfield. You can change him only if you'll buy an heavy players, I mean a man looks like a rock in the box, good headed and first of all a good shoulder for the faster strikers. Rafa use to play on the wide, so you need a tower in the box.

Ship out Crouchie, Pennent,Zenden and Robbie. Should raise at least £ 22m for those. Villa or Eto in.
Job done wages covered as well 20 to 25 goals a season. Still got cover in all positions if Kewell gets fit if not sell him as well.

IMO he is not good enough to wear the red shirt. Fowler should stay on as a coach because he is part of the clubs soul.

You mean Crouch is not good enough? Just for a few of the goals he has scored for us he can get married in his red beautiful long sleeved shirt, and his kids too, and their kids.

Your being a bit optimistic with £22m for those players!! We'd get a decent fee for Crouch and someone might even give us a few bob for Pennent but we would have to give Zenden away in a Lucky bag! You know, the ones that are sealed and you cant see what you got until after you've brought it for 50p :)

Can anyone tell me why Rafa likes Zenden so much? Granted he seems like a good guy who helps the new players settle in but Rafa keeps mentioning him in the same breath as SG, XA, MS, JM? Surely our reserves are better than Zenden? What does Zenden do well?
