When commentators keep calling a player the wrong name. I'm watching the Hull vs Newcastle game and Michael Owen keeps calling Andrew Robertson "Andy Robinson". Is it really that hard?!

A little thing that's really beginning to get on my tits is players refereeing the game by most of the time not even getting fouled but then going down and grabbing the ball and then gobs***e refs giving them the free kick that never should've even been one.

Also, after watching the Real madrid game last night and watching that c**t of a player pepe, would it be that complicated to make a rule to either give a card if a player asks for another player to get one or to use the existing 'bad sportsman' rule to give one?

It annoys me when a ref books a Goalie for diving.

As for the the thread, sad to say this but this site and the amount of doom mongering that goes on now, compared to last season it's deffo been poor I agree but ffs chill the F**k out.

If you lose your best striker and your next best for basically a full season and fill the squad with new lads then we were never going to set the league alight, we'll be F***ing solid next season and it'll be with our existing owners and our existing manager so just chill out and enjoy the transfer window.

Really? With the number of ways that competitors try to gain an edge these days, I thought this was just common sense.

Don't watch the NFL then....the coaches almost always spend the entire game holding something over their mouths (playsheet) when they are calling plays.

Oh yea, it does look silly...but I'm not sure what else they can do to prevent folks from lip reading and stealing calls.

People who cannot spell a players names right, even if it's a player from the team they support. I've seen more Skertels, Maseranos, Minyoleys and Gerards to last a lifetime.

Linesmen and Refsa who have poor eyesight.

People describing a player as "lightweight." In addition to being a cop-out criticism of a player, I simply hate that word.

Loads of things annoy me, players holding on to shirts, that sort of thing would be easy to stamp out, just make it a bookable offence, after all you can't grab someone's shirt accidentally can you?

Michael Owen's commentary on Bt Sport, he has a really annoying voice and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a microphone.

One other thing to note, people in high places must read this thread, as early on the notion of refs carrying vanishing spray was touted, and remarkably it is now common practice!

So there is hope, just keep your annoyances coming....
