If you do this you can download flash games and be able to play them without acsessing the internet.
Firstly get the name of the game (must be flash based) eg. tactical assassain
Then search it on google followed by .swf (tactical assassain.swf)
scroll down the results until you find one that says [flash] followed by something to do with the game.
Right click that and select save as. save it as a swf file,
Download macromedia flash so you can play the games.
