Phew - thought it was going to be an easy win....

Great to see Robbie get a goal.  Pennant was a real big plus tonight.

Goals should be on ITV at 11 if you missed them.

didnt see the match myself but i was getting txt alerts and id be lying if i said i wasnt getting nervous at the end,but i see from the match report that we made a few changes in the second half and brought on a few of the younger players so maybe the scoreline reflects this, but glad to see we scored a few its just wat the doctor ordered

I think Fowler and Crouch have deserved their chance to play Saturday.

We had a young defence out - but Paletta was promising.  Fancy Argentinian defenders. At Anfield?

that was the most fantastic nerve wracking math ive been too. My first at anfield. Pennant was amense, he never gave up. Scoring 4 will be a real boost for saturday. Conceeding 3 is something we need to work on. Petlier was fantastic too, a hope for the future. rafa made too many changes and unsettled the play a bit and thats how we conceeded. Our defence is weak but we can build on that and produce a run off wins and hopefully sooner or later get some clean sheets.
