I won't have a six pack that's for sure, the way it's going it'll be more of a warehouse !!

Errr.. I have muesli for breakfast, I walk to and from work, I go the gym at least four times a week doing an hours cardio I then have a sauna and go in the steam room. my missus cooks me lovely fat free meals at home. And then on a Saturday night I lob 15 pints of lager down my neck. and for some funny reason my bmi hasn't changed I just cant figure it out? maybe I'm just big boned.

I know its great Ive got the trainer at total fitness tearing his hair out as to why I'm not shifting it,maybe i shouldn't have told him I'm teetotal?

At least you can drink spirits, three shorts and i p*ss my pants and forget who iam for a couple of hours. lager i can drink all night but like yourself i do leave a furrow in the carpet going backwards and forwards to the toilet!!

I drunk half bottle of JD on new years eve. It's the big 75cl bottle which cost around £16, i knew who i was and i was very aware i was just a little sick everywhere. Vodka tastes horrible, but yet again most spirts do. Drink some whiskey laddy!!!!!!

LEGEND!! On my ex's 18th birthday last July, me and him got through two of those and a 1L bottle.. OMFG. Was great though.
