I'm surprised by Ten Hag's tactical decisions. To play 5 attacking players who will not help out the defensive players is going to leave the team open to a heavy defeat. Ronaldo, Bruno and Eriksson can't play in the same team. They are good attacking players but everyone knows they will not press and track back.
The squad looks very poor with a lack of quality in most positions. Also, most of the players appear to lack motivation and cohesion as a group.
But, for Ten Hag to come in and then pick that team, it looks like he is out of his depth. Or maybe someone else is picking the team for him. Maybe he's been told some players need to play for financial or other reasons.

Yeah United is sh*t at the moment and lost two games, it’s entertaining to follow it but I don’t like all the talk now about Liverpool is next for United, assuming they will lose 5:0 or something against us. We need to beat Palace first tomorrow and judging on the last game we played,
we are not really in the condition to boss anyone around.

I fear that the game against us could be the game United need right now to help them kickstart their season.

I would settle for a 1-0 win at the Old Toilet, right now.

Still expect us to win, but it's not going to be easy. They'll take heart from our poor displays, and that crowd will get behind them. It's going to be some match!

Any win will do here. Considering its the start of the season and usually transfer business over the summer is used to fill any gaps in the squad... our starting team and squad depth is looking messy.
